CRM Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to understand the respective processes and challenges, drawing inferences from these process details and linking these inferences to the big picture by considering business objectives to identify process improvements
  • Assist in reviewing all current processes and systems, thereafter creating and recommending streamlined processes to ensure a smooth integration
  • Analyse and evaluate project complexity, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies
  • Gather and evaluate business requirements and functional specifications, performing gap analysis between existing and required solutions and driving and developing solution deliverables from vendors
  • Drive parties proactively to pursue and meet timelines, together with the project manager or in the project manager’s stead
  • Participate in requirements engineering documentation and subsequent communications and responses as an individual or small team
Key Requirements:
  • Possesses at minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst or practitioner in the business process domain
  • Experienced in mapping business processes, writing user stories and requirements
  • Experienced in managing multiple system deployment projects as a Business Analyst
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft CRM
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
